Email help@sync33.com and tell us what you need help with. If you are testing the app, include your iPhone model, iOS version and a short description of the issue when useful. Please do not send personal health readings, ring identifiers or diagnostic captures in your first message.

Compatibility

Current testing focuses on the L08 ring used in development. Other hardware and firmware combinations have not been confirmed.
